Great mat for my workout
Wonderful Balance between Lightweight and stability. The thickness of the mat is just about right whereby it provides enough comfort for planks, leg lifts & etc. Whereas the anti slip surface on the back ensures that you can do Burpees, Jumping jacks and some other vigorous activities with a peace of mind. High recommended for HIIT users.
