Shipping policy

We currently ship only within Malaysia. Our shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Peninsular Malaysia: RM10 flat rate (3–6 business days)
• Sabah & Sarawak: RM35 flat rate (5–14 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may be slightly delayed during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We partner with reliable local courier services, including Poslaju, Ninjavan, SkyNet, and J&T. The courier used will depend on availability in your area.

Important Notes:

• We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses or FELDA areas.
• If your delivery takes longer than expected, please track your order or contact us at info@hyoogi.com, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
