Refund policy

At Hyoogi, our goal is to ensure you feel great in your purchase. If the items you’ve received are not in good condition such as manufacturing defects or wrong items received, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt by contacting us at info@hyoogi.com. Please ensure that the products are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return. 

Once returned, you will be eligible for a free replacement. Please note that we cannot exchange items that show signs of used, washed, or are not in their original condition.

 

Terms & Guidelines:

  • All returned item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition and must be returned with its original packaging
  • This policy applies exclusively to purchases made on hyoogi.com and does not cover item(s) bought from third-party sellers
  • This policy only covers manufacturing defects or wrong item(s) received and does not include change of mind, damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper care.
  • Returns and exchanges are valid for the original item(s) only—no exchanges for different item(s).
  • Hyoogi is not responsible for the return shipping costs of the item(s).
  • Please ensure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
  • Please ensure items are shipped via traceable, insured courier service.
  • Hyoogi is not responsible for any damages or loss during return shipping
  • Item(s) exchanges are limited to one per receipt.

 

How to Request for a Replacement

Here’s what to do if you need to a replacement:

  1. Send an email to info@hyoogi.com within 14 days of receipt. 
  2. Include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear evidence (e.g., photos) to help us assess the issue.
  3. Our team will review the request within 7 business days.
  4. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product.
  5. Once the item(s) is shipped, kindly share the tracking number via email for monitoring.
  6. A replacement will be shipped promptly after we receive and verify the returned item(s).
