The grip is so good, much better than what I expected while the cushioning is just nice- not too thick and not too thin. I got the grey colour mat and I really love the look too.

Great mat for my workout

Wonderful Balance between Lightweight and stability. The thickness of the mat is just about right whereby it provides enough comfort for planks, leg lifts & etc. Whereas the anti slip surface on the back ensures that you can do Burpees, Jumping jacks and some other vigorous activities with a peace of mind. High recommended for HIIT users.
